Dont start your practice with this software! They have crated multiple issues over the years and their customer support is not friendly. Pricing Structure. The customer service is great!! They always answer the phone and return calls. They respond to your emails in a very timely fashion. I have never had a negative experience with this company or staff. If they can't help you they hook you up with someone that can, very courteous. We have been using Eclipse for many years, we have grown and changed during this time and Eclipse has been able to help us throughout all the changes.
