I found a few videos. I started to take that back panel off. Six hex head screws and off comes the panels. I was surprised to see how minimal the mechanical hardware there was that was responsible for cooling the frig. The loud sounds were obviously coming from the fan. I found a white plastic piece, which was clearly from the fan. Half of a fan blade had broken off. I went back to YouTube and found some videos on how to replace the fan.
