The whole process took two days. Alex the technician and Eugene were very professional and super friendly. They were just like a small army troop, very efficient and also played attention to details.
They covered all the working areas and picked up every single bit of garage afterward. We got two new windows 2 years ago, but the Galaxy ones are better, especially the glass, by just looking at it you can tell the difference. They really do block more noise, and they are very clear it almost looks as if there is no window.
In a nutshell, the whole process starting from reached out to Alex until it done; it is very pleasant and comfortable.
